Cyber Defence QCD Corp. (CYDEF) and OmniSecuritas Technologies recently announced a long-term strategic partnership where OmniSecuritas Technologies will be CYDEF’s exclusive Philippine distributor of its entire suite of ‘Zero Trust’ cybersecurity products. The purpose of this strategic partnership is for the parties to expand into the Philippines and to establish mutually profitable business arrangements such as joint marketing, joint execution of sales and contracts, implementation of Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) of labor and services, and customer support in both Canada and the Philippines.
