Lalamove Philippines paired up with 90.7 Love Radio’s “Feel Good Drive Thru” event for delivery partner drivers in Metro Manila, as part of the radio station’s celebration for its 49th Anniversary.
About 150 delivery partners and riders from various ride-hailing and delivery platforms took part in the celebration of Love Radio’s 49th anniversary in Pasay City in February.
To symbolize the anniversary, the program started with fun games exclusively for 49 Lalamove partner drivers, wherein they received anniversary freebies from Love Radio and brand new Lalabags with a special edition “LALALove Radio” co-branded cover.
Lalamove partner drivers are excited to introduce themselves before playing a game hosted by DJ Raqi Terra from 90.7 Love Radio.
“Before the season of love ends, we’re happy to have another opportunity to express our appreciation and give special gifts to our partner drivers, through the 49th anniversary celebration of Love Radio, which is a beloved radio station of the driver community,” said Lalamove Philippines Managing Director Djon Nacario said.
During the event, delivery partner drivers were able to drive through different booths where they received treats and discounts from Fuwa-Fuwa Bread, Goldmine Rice, Princess and Ron-ron Furniture, including Love Radio and Lalamove.
Drivers from other platforms were also welcomed in the Lalamove booth, with over 20 of them newly onboarded and aspiring Lalamove partner drivers who got a 50 percent cash deposit discount. At the same time, others enjoyed Lalamove merchandise as freebies.
Benjie Lagubay, was one of the partner drivers who received a brand new Lalabag. “Happy anniversary Love Radio! Salamat sa Lalamove dahil may bagong Lalabag ako, mas gaganahan na ‘kong bumiyahe ngayong araw,” he shared.
“Nakakatuwang dumaan sa drive-thru kasi ang daming mga freebies, may mga discounts pa kami na nakuha na saktong sakto para sa mga drivers tulad ko,” said Donato Diana, a partner driver from Rizal.
“Salamat sa Love Radio at Lalamove kasi invited at naisip kaming mga riders na sumali dito at saka marami pa silang freebies na nabigay sa amin,” said Vandolf Cansilao, a Lalamove partner driver from Parañaque.
90.7 Love Radio personalities Conyo Bicolano, Nicole Hyala, and Diego Bandido take a photo with all the 49 Lalamove partner drivers with their new Lalabags and LALALove Radio co-branded covers.
