PLDT Home Life and mWell Bundle Family Teleconsultations, Health Tracking, and a Smartwatch for just ₱399

Published October 19, 2026

A smartwatch can record your steps and sleep, but those numbers are only one part of managing your health. Access to medical advice—and a practical way to keep track of the family’s wellness—gives that data a more useful role.

PLDT Home Life and mWell are bringing those services together through mWell Family Plan 399, a digital health and wellness subscription available to PLDT Home Fiber subscribers. Priced at ₱399 per month for up to four family members, the package combines teleconsultations, mental health coaching, a family dashboard, wellness trackers, and an included smartwatch.

The partnership also took its health campaign offline through a pickleball event attended by celebrities, media representatives, and PLDT Home Fiber customers. While the activity encouraged participants to get moving, the subscription focuses on making health services more accessible from home.

What the subscription includes

The main benefit is unlimited on-demand teleconsultations with licensed general practitioners for up to four enrolled family members. Remote consultations offer a way to seek medical advice without the travel involved in visiting a clinic.

The plan also provides unlimited access to certified mental health coaches. That is the specific service described in the announcement; it should not be confused with a promise of unlimited consultations with psychiatrists or other specialists.

For households managing several people’s health information, the mWell Fam Dashboard serves as a central hub for monitoring, tracking, and managing the health metrics of up to four family members.

“In today’s challenging economic environment, embracing one’s physical and mental well-being is essential for every household. In times like these, we cannot afford to wait for illness to strike before paying attention to our health, and possibly make things worse. That’s why good health has to start at home,” said Evert Chris Miranda, PLDT Home Vice President and Head of Home Digital Services.

“With mWell Family Plan 399, PLDT Home Life continues to round out Filipinos’ lifestyles, bringing proactive wellness straight into the Filipino living room and empowering families with tools that provide total peace of mind without stretching their budgets.”

The watch and the software behind it

An mWell Prestige Watch is included at no additional charge under the announced package. It pairs with the mWell app to help monitor heart rate, steps, and sleep quality.

The supplied announcement does not detail the watch’s hardware specifications, battery life, or sensor accuracy. Its role in the package is as a connected wellness tracker, with the app providing access to the wider set of services.

Subscribers also receive continuous access to two in-app tools. The mWellness Score tracks steps, physical activity, inactivity, and sleep quality, while the Mind Health Score helps users monitor emotional well-being and access mental wellness exercises.

The family dashboard brings the monitoring functions into a shared management interface. For parents and caregivers, its potential value is having a central place to review wellness information instead of dealing with separate updates from several family members.

Who receives the insurance benefit?

The package includes annual, replenishable ₱20,000 Personal Accident Insurance for the primary subscriber, according to PLDT Home Life and mWell.

That distinction matters. The announcement extends the consultation and wellness services to up to four family members, but identifies only the primary subscriber as the recipient of the accident insurance benefit. It does not describe the package as comprehensive medical insurance or hospital coverage.

Digital consultations also do not replace emergency hospital services, a limitation acknowledged in the supplied materials.

“For many Filipino families, one medical emergency can put years of hard-earned savings at risk. Ang kalusugan ang pinakamahalagang puhunan ng bawat pamilya, because our ability to earn a living, care for our loved ones, and build a better future depends on it,” said Chaye Cabal-Revilla, President and CEO of mWell and Chief Finance, Risk, and Sustainability Officer of MPIC.

“Through mWell Family Plan 399 with PLDT Home Life, we are making it easier for families to take care of their health before a crisis happens. By bringing doctor consultations, mind health support, and the mWell Fam Dashboard together in the mWell app, we help families understand how their loved ones are doing, spot changes in their wellness, and seek timely medical advice. Caring for the family’s health should be part of everyday life.”

Taking the campaign onto the court

To promote its “Make Health Part of Your Plan” advocacy, PLDT Home Life and mWell gathered customers, media, and celebrities for an afternoon of pickleball.

Eric “Eruption” Tai, Nicole Cordoves, Cherry Pie Picache, and Nikki Valdez joined the event alongside Carlene Aguilar, Kier Legaspi, Marc Solis, Michael Flores, Maureen Larrazabal, Jeffrey Santos, Ynez Veneracion, John Vic Guzman, and Jojo Abellana.

The gathering connected the digital health offering with the campaign’s broader focus on regular movement, preventive healthcare, and mental well-being. It also positioned the subscription as part of an ongoing household routine rather than something to consider only when someone becomes ill.

“Healthcare should be a fundamental right, not an overwhelming financial burden,” said Gary Dujali, mWell Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer.

The strongest reason to examine mWell Family Plan 399 is the combination of consultations for up to four family members and tools for managing their wellness information. The included watch adds tracking functionality, but the services will determine the subscription’s usefulness to a household.

Before subscribing, check the enrollment requirements, consultation scope, watch eligibility, cancellation terms, and insurance conditions. The announcement outlines the benefits, but does not provide all those details.

For existing PLDT Home Fiber customers looking for remote access to general practitioners and mental health coaching, the package offers several services under one monthly fee. Its practical value will depend on how often the family uses them and how well they fit its needs.
